There are no work ethics in this company. From HR to the director, no one is following the rules and regulations. This company fires their staff (be it HR, sales person, coordinators, inside sales person, team leaders and, anyone) only on the basis of performance and behavior and they do not have any third reason to kick off their employees. Following this, this company will give you a good package but they will defer the 50% of your salary which you will never get. HR name is Geetika Mehrotra and she carries dual faced identity. She is a disgrace on the name of an HR. She knows nothing of being an HR. She works as per her will. Founder's name is Dhananjay Rathore who is a pathetic leader. Director's name is Amit Lakhotia who is totally distracted from the main LOB and he is now selling vegetables on the name of selling parking lots. Do not spoil your career by joining start-ups like Park Plus (earlier Parkwheels) because HR will never give a good feedback of you when another company will do a background verification. Monthly salary comes on time.
Absolutely no support is there from the top level executives sitting at a head office when it comes to handling clients escalation. Also they have not yet settled my Full and final settlement amount which is legally not correct and sign of unprofessionalism. I will strongly advice people not to join the organisation and consider other options.
