That property was awesome that's why liked to work there.but now it's already converted to ITC grand.so I think it's more better before because new staff new environment will gonna start.

Just because of ITC takes it over that's why the all staff didn't want to work in such environment.from top to toe means from all managers to all associates everyone didn't want to work properly at that time.because work environment was ruined very badly .

The company has a great culture and a beautiful property and very good owners too. but sadly with the India the hospitality is not the same as international experience.bad labour laws no work ethics .it is the same .sad to know the property is getting sold.
