I would suggest anyone thinking of joining this company not think about it even in your dreams. There is no job security, they won't give good salary. They manipulate basic salary Hra and other things to reduce pf amount. They will try to deduct as much as possible from your salary. There is nothing you can learn while doing any job position in this company. Very cunning and selfish people. They won't even give u any joining letter or offer letter while joining. Nor they give u any respectful send off while leaving the company. After working for many years in this company I am saying this with my experience please do not join this company unless you want to spoil your own life....Read More

Terrible experience They won't give any brief about job. You have to keep working on the same job they will be repeatedly telling u the corrections until they are satisfied. They only don't know what they want simply u have to work like a machine.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
