Sometimes, their work doesn't get the value it deserves, and other departments don't appreciate it, which leads to misunderstandings. Not being able to view the work fairly could be considered a disadvantage, in my opinion.

The GM(who's not a CS/CA) and is probably the worst manager you'll ever get in your corporate life. Don't join this department but any other. No work-life balance.
