It's not a company it's entertainment.. Those who don't have anything to do.. They hire them and then they identify what he will do. ITS a manager driven company management is nothing here..you can be high performer if yoh have good terms with management or you are visiting them 2 3 times in a day..hods are making fool to the management.. Don't think management has any vision... Yes if manager are showing them day as night they agreed... If you don't have any aspiration in career and u want a comfortable Jon this company is for u.... For this you will also get industries highest salary here... With 0 knowledge required for any domain... I don't know how they are driving..how a business can run with maximum expense and nil profits.. By just cutting a cake on monthly basis wowo... Another good thing here is HR team.. Not actual image.. ITS a good company for those who don't have any place in this world..
