Hii Please don't leave your present company and join Parekh... Very bad experience.. At the time of confirmation they will start asking about performance and will ask to find new job... Immediately they will throw out employee. No any transportation project started fake update don't join else u will get wash hand from your current job and after six months they will kick.

Nothing. No professionals approach towards work.Lot of politics and more show-off while work .It's the only company which I have seen who is giving Bonus to employee by deducting same from Salary.Thus their monthly cashoutflow will be saved at the cost of employees.

Company is too good. All seniors are supportive and management is also nice.

Team members will do lot of politics over here. Stay away from them talk in case of urgency only. 1st they will talk softly in front of you and on back they will always talk bad about you and will share all the things with senior. will do false statement against you. Will not delegate their work to you despite of multiple follow ups. Just do complaint with a proof to your senior.
