I have recently joined paras health organization it's been good experience till now everyone is cooperative and helpful.i am looking forward to groom my future with paras health Apart from that premises is beautiful, infrastructure is high level .I have interacted with some staff they were very generous and kind look forward for this better opportunity.

Work culture is worst, specially Head HR at Srinagar is worst person, use to talk unprofessional talks about religion and always play huge dirty politics.
