I have recently joined paras health organization it's been good experience till now everyone is cooperative and helpful.i am looking forward to groom my future with paras health Apart from that premises is beautiful, infrastructure is high level .I have interacted with some staff they were very generous and kind look forward for this better opportunity.

The staff is well qualified and consultants too are helping and help you learn new things

Salary appraisal is just a formality they never increase salary and if they do it is just like a daily wages to a labour working in a coal factory. even after working for 1.5 years they never noticed the efforts and never increase the salary instead they give more preferences to the non medico staff like GRE and other admin staff like doctors rmo and nursing staff has no role 😕

Not good organization for professionals, no job security, they treat patients as ATM, Ranchi hr unit head is character less personality, i request professionals better to join any nursing home but dount waste your time working here

In Paras , we received opportunity to learn from itself , their are lots of things to do on their own. Company culture is good - almost every festival celebrate their , colleagues and environment is good. Overall is good.

Dislikes

Their are no dislike , just some way of work which has to be improve like they don't have hybrid policy or 5 day working culture . No work from home. HR has to take initiative to learning & development of several department .

Work culture is worst, specially Head HR at Srinagar is worst person, use to talk unprofessional talks about religion and always play huge dirty politics. Until you are doing things according to him you are safe (right or wrong no matters) the moment you started doing justice to your position to your organisation, your bad time will start.
