Actually it's a very very worst Management and poor material quality and service. Pay scale very very low, its not good platform for engineers and skilled employees. Its worth for unskilled labourers. Now also i just wasting my time for reviewing about this company...Even that one also not for company, that's for my experience 😄..

The environment in design dept as well as in other dept is very good . Healthy environment and nice friendly nature.

Hr management and they dont have proper system . They didn't give basic employees benefits and hike on previous job salary .

9 hrs working and working 6 day in a weeks. If they want 9 hrs working hours per day then give Saturdays off. but you don't want to give Saturday off then decrease the 1hrs per day.

Company is Good, only Ambernath plant Director Mr. Rajesh Sanghvi is a Third class person in the whole Ambernath plant. Just because of him no any new enployee continues this organization. He Is think that every employee is slave and behave like that. Whenever uneducated person rules the company then definitely that company goes down n Mr. Rajesh Sanghvi is the perfect example of the same. No PF, No Bonus, no any deductions. No growth, no development. Such horrible experience I have served... If you left company then you will get your experience n other certificates after 45 days... no Job security...
