To satisfy self ego MD terminates to smart and good performing employees. Only boot licker HOD /. Seniors can survive in this organisation. 5. All plants having full of dirty politics. 6. There is no any Proper HR policy, no any payroll software. All data are manipulated. 7. VRS never given gratuity of employees even though they deducted from salary. 8.
