Top management is supportive. Chances of growth are high here. Staff is supportive. 10 to 7 Office time

Dislikes

Dirty politics. Insecurities of managers. Managers don't want to help you. Typical uncle mentality. No growth and vision by reporting bosses. Most of the staff is 40+ only. No future for new generation.

I have worked for almost 15years in the this organisation, have seen ups and down also. Earlier the salary was not paid on time. But now its paid on time. Rapidly growing organisation. Alternative Saturday off to provide good work life balance. Good medical benefits for employees
