Owner of Paramount is very good & friendly. One senior person was very cooperative & helpful either professionally or personally, now he is also ex employee. But overall Its a good company.

Dislikes

It's transferable job, if you reject the transfer proposal may have to lose your chair. From my point of view if you keen quite on your rights you will not get that.(in my case). State wise other company wise salary level is not equal. e.g. Guwahati employees salary is very less than Kolkata's & compare to some other companies of same tea broking, Paramount's salary is low. If work pressure is high then as a your responsibility for that work you have to work lately but for that you don't get appreciation form senior or might be some seniors are not aware about that....Read More

Work Details

Siliguri is a small branch so most of accounting work handled by corporate office so I was not getting much chance to improve my accounting skills and knowledge. Employee is very less in Siliguri so have to work sale related work also if one on leave.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
