Very good working environment and senior are also very supportive

I dont think any thing which is no good but technology wise they are not much updated as of now but they might introduce latest .net technology

I worked here for 4+ years, and below is the experience I want to share. -- Whole IT team is really good, supportive. -- HR team is also helpful in understanding the policies, payroll, etc. -- Work culture is also good here, there is so much to learn if you have 2/3 years of experience.

Dislikes

Top management is not as good as it should be. Because of which all the experienced people from IT have resigned, now Paramount is literally left with few, countable people who knows the system in and out. It is full of politics. Mainly because they didn't appreciated the work on time with timely increments / promotions and now they are facing the consequences.

Work policy: Those who are staying outside Mumbai, are working from home.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Likes

Always receive salary on time. Seniors are supportive accept manager.

Dislikes

Managers should train themselves to be calm in tough situation. Managers sometimes do panic if the situation gets worse
