Only Thing I like in this company is the Job Security and work life in my department. For rest of the departments its horrible. Since we are directly reporting to Director nobody will interfere and also current managers I am reporting are professional.

Appraisal will not be given on proper time and % of hike is very low compared to other companies in the same manufacturing firm. All Managers except procurement will micromanaging everyone. Promotion will be given only once in 5years. Top Most officials currently employed by company are the worst, which makes it so horrible to workin here as of their micromanaging. The working hrs says its flexible but its actually strict and it is flexible to certain employees only. Management won't be looking into any concerns raised by Executive level employees, they are trusting blindly only new officials currently employed. Even for mistakes and fraudulent activities they do, management is keeping silence. So many senior most staffs are resigning after recruitment of new officials especially CFO.
