Pros 1). Quality of products is good. 2). Other than that there is nothing to like in this company, I feel it's one of the worst company I have worked so far, nothing to say about such poor Management.

Dislikes

I do not have enough space for writing about all the things to dislike about working in this company. 1). There's a lot to write about dislike they have laid off many employees in the past 2 years, they are not able to cater the needs of the employees. 2). Think 1000 time before you put your resignation in previous company, only jobless people who don't have job are recommended to do job here, and putting your future in darkness. 3). Their was politics and favoritism to the old staff, dirty politics their by Delhi management and old staff with the new guys. 4). You will not get any support, advice or help form senior management. 5). No guidance and support from management and the Delhi management (AASM) is so irresponsible. 6).
