It is a young company with lots of projects. Amazing vibe as all are very young average 35 years.Lots of learning on the job vs my previous organisation which was an institution where didn't get to learn much as everything was very mundane ,outsourced and preset. These 2 years have definitely helped in my learning curve and has helped me grab a great opportunity for my future growth.

Company has funds problem and is basing all their projects by taking loans and preparing fake balance sheets. They show moons and stars during the interview but once you are in you can see the real picture. There is no proper accounting and does not have any hierarchy. No proper data is kept and no one knows what the actual data is. The auditors are blindly signing the reports. All the Staff in the Accounts and Tax Dept are on an avg 2-3 months old. No person has completed over 1 year in the department. All the employees are working only & only because they have to give notice period of 2-3 months after resigning. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
