It's very bad experience there is no growth, they are not consider employee effort, very selfish administration, they are thinking only the company profit and benifit there is no job security.

It's very bad experience,please consider the effort of the employees and provide the benifits, I request directors should focus on employees safety and benifits, don't consider fake reports from operation team, they pushing up only to favour persons, so please build a another team to monitor operation manager. The working environ mwnt and politics is terrible. It might be one of the unhealthiest environment among the staffs. There's a lot of lies majority of the staff weren't known. ( I somehow heard thoose lies) If I would be able to work in other places I would like to left the team
