My team mates are very cooperative. As an Admin.person, I evolved with time and good/bitter experiences. I have come to conclusion; there is no carrier growth, as there has been no appraisal from last two years for most employees including me: irrespective of our best inputs. Only chamchas got uplift. Except my reporting boss,all are cooperative. Too much politics runs here.Thats why everyone is looking for other job. I have 6 years of work life in balance....Read More
