The work pressure is very high sometimes due to lack of employees in department. sometimes I have to work 14 to 18 hrs straight in a day.

Generally speaking , my work is slightly challenging as I have to look and manage day to day yield operations. Sometimes the work gets a little hectic but it's ok. As long as I get to face the operation problems and challenges, it'll be a great experience
