The management applies way too much pressure with hardly any consideration for personal life . Data discussion & lab meetings happen only after working hours in evening in most cases which literally leaves no time for family or allow us to get refreshed mentally. They hire exceptionally talented people who are experts in their field. Also, you get to learn a lot of new techniques as you tend to handle multiple things which essentially helps in your overall growth.

Dislikes

Senior management is very rigid with respect to incorporating new ideas into the work. Also, you are expected to be available 24x7 which really messes with your personal time. There is no work life balance. Meetings often exceed beyond time limit and are rarely fruitful. The work pressure forces you to resign and there are little eff orts to retain you.
