No proper man power maintenance in these company.Store leader and supervisors including district managers,cluster heads they don't know how to take improve business.Nun of the store leader has that qualities to run store. Company need to search how and were business runs good,instead of opening number of stores and closing them in 6months.In the year 2016-2018.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
