Panasonic India Pvt ltd is having good working culture. MD Sir personally meet and motivate employees. Competitive working culture and you will surely get recognize if you will put efforts and show the results. I was twice nominated for President award. I was selected for management training at Indore IIM I got superstar award twice

Dislikes

I worked for 6 years in Panasonic India PVT LTD in service dept. Initially sales driven culture but afterwards it is changed a lot. Panasonic is one of the best workplace to work.
