Management is the absolute worst. Let me explain in more detail. Management: Both directors are humane, but not in terms of work culture. The MD is so down-to-earth that he will lift items and hand them over for work.Its underlying idea is that while I, as MD, perform those tasks, my employees, whether engineers or managers, should do the same.Despite having authorised helpers, management fails at the bottom level.
