There is no growth only female employees get promotion and those who has good relation with their seniors. The department in which I was, was good by name but here the team leader was worst. She was so selfish that nothing matter to her except her own benefits. She was not even familiar with process what her team is doing which document to take which we have to reject she don't know this also but still she was our team leader. I don't have any personal hate with her but this are the things that should team leader know. Even at the time of client audit she takes leave and rest of the employee has to face the auditors.
