Hectic and boring. Worst managements with least salaries. Parents are not at all cooperative and most of them are illiterates. Ugly washrooms. No separate washrooms for staff. Every teacher talks behind the back of other teachers with principal.

job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The Schools first priority is the safety of the children.Mangement always insists that the Staff is always alert in taking care of the children.I have seen two dynamic principals in my tenure striving towards the betterment of the school.Both the parents and the management wants quality work.So,if the quality of your work is good and you as a Teacher is always active and come up with innovative ideas then you can survive their and the management is always their to support the employees in all possible ways....Read More
