I Wanted to share some thoughts our company's current performance and support structures. Its truly impressive how our company is excelling at finding the right person for suitable work areas and providing opportunities to the right people. Though higher management may not have extensive knowledge of RCM, the way they handle operations is really really remarkable. They have quickly learned about the RCM process, demonstrating that from a management perspective, RCM knowledge is not necessarily required. This insight has been particularly evident in our experience with paix services. moreover, our company provides good employee support, takes genuine care of its people, and boasts excellent HR and operation management, while there are areas that may need improvement, considering that we are a startup company, the development so far has been tremendous. Internal politics, no job security, no career growth for internal team, micro management. Their moto 'Everyone is replaceable'. No respect for fellow employees. No job satisfaction. Nothing to learn from management, only to scrutinize.
