All things start from the work culture to appraisal. And there is person named samresh aggarwal, he is the legal head in the company without a law degree, he always wanted to put himself frist if he is wrong, so i will suggest you not to join this company unless you don’t have any other option, and they didn’t provide gazetted holidays. Overall worst experience ever in my career and this is not company this is lala ji ki dukaan, jo apko kabhi bhi company se bahar fake sakte hai means you don’t have any kind of job security. The only good thing for working with Paisalo Digital was I got the opportunity to meet a few excellent people.

Dislikes

Irrespective of the role or experience, this is a terrible company to work with. The top brass of the company consists of people who have a very obscured and narrow mentality. The work culture is horrible to say the least as one never gets appretiated for working hard and attaining favourable results, and your managers are always on the lookout to grab the credit for all your hardwork.

Work Details

I used to handel their legal cases. Issuing notices and replying to ones addressed to the company. I also represented the company before various courts.
