Not a single reason one should opt for working in this company unless you are broke and avoiding to beg in temples or traffic signals, cause before hiring they judge by how distressed/in crises you are.

Job security is minimal, work culture is pathetic "lala company" is the word, no values principle is followed, hire and fire is the policy, no talent is required or rewarded if you have a comparative lower IQ with no spine, 0 talent and good office political ethics you will do wonders in the company, join the company only at thetop mgt level below that your are nothing but a rat which can be thrown away at any time, It made head lines when during pendamic they sacked 1500 emplyees in one go. No clarity of job. Boss sitting in gurgaon , no training for a fresher like me. Left me without a supervisor for 3 months. Looting money from innocent souls in terms of insurance package where they don't mention money will be deducted from salary and then have the audacity to ask for that money shamelessly even after I had resigned. Company is full scam.

Paisabazaar have worst culture, they do not care about there employees, they even do not approve your Paid leaves/Sick Leave/Casual leave if you required, High level politics, no skills will develop, No HR activities, DVP Priyanka in Mumbai location has so much ego that she can play a politics game and fire any body, she never respect there executives or Leaders, yell on the floor
