Principal is more interested in bitching about faculties, she wants the lecturers to be her puppets and wouldn't let your voice heard to the higher management. If you raise your voice for the injustice then she will cook up stories about you and will force management to fire you. She is very disrespectful towards the students and there is no end to her unparliamentary words in the campus.There is no CL system as well as salary deduction too so you can't brag a single leave in a month, principal would fight with you to grant a single leave in a month through the reasons might be anything.
