Job security is dwindling. Company culture is deteriorating daily due to micromanagement and excessive, hectic KPIs. Even after working for many years, promotions are rare, and appraisals yield nothing. Work-life balance is nonexistent. The company has good policies. Sometimes, we are forced into fake secondary billing. The pressure to create fake bases is immense.

Managers cheating the company with fake secondaries and seeing more partiality between team members and Those persons being Iike the right and left hand to managers are getting more increment and promotions, even if they and their works are not worth for it. True Performers are still getting back fired by those managers

I strongly advise against joining page industries ltd, Despite being a publicly listed company, it operates like a typical "lala company" with no regards to employee life and do not employee friendly policies. the situations is even worst in IT division, the CIO monika phartyal, has no respect for team and lacks the necessary IT knowledge, making both work & work-space unbearable with constant pressure. she is control freak and highly biased....Read More

I appointed through Cyrus Healthcare pvt ltd ,Page industries have given Cyrus Healthcare to hire doctor. Cyrus is the worst thing I have seen ,no proper salary timings, biased salary,no pf benefit,not issuing pay slip and form 16,every doctor appointed through Cyrus had bad experience. Kindly I urge management to change company that hire doctors.
