Company provides trainings to all employees every month. Learning is too good. Better scope of career growth.

Do not join this place unless you need a job very badly. This is worst work culture I have came across in my career. The head of department is worst leader who do not know how to even talk to employees and treat them as if the employees are servants. Therefore the same is doing by his deputy. Shouting on employees is a common things for these guys. Poor politics which is doing by some team leaders against their team members. Team leaders not doing proper time management due to this poor work-life balance happens. No job security & no innovation is here. Salary/appraisal is not so good. No chance for travel....Read More
