The Only good thing here is that you will got an opportunity to learn many things about the mobile communication and RF related things and got an access for RF testing instrument CMW500 &CMW100 and you will learn here the troubleshooting of different failures that come during testing .

1. Don't do employee onrole even after 1.5 year while the employee rating is good,only onroles are given value. 2. There is no work life balance......12hrs duty mandatory . 3. No carrier growth 4. Company creates wall between onroles and offroles employees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
