Pact is very good and strong organization, HQ team is vary supportive, always encourage to staff, and all were felt to lucky that they have opportunity with Pact Inc, HQ not interfare to project office in their operations,

Every thing is professional nothing against Pact Inc,

They are proactive in reaching for talent and quick to offer opportunity.

Dislikes

They are not trustworthy in following the contract terms using legal jargon. There were many changes, editor was fired, the team was shuffled few times and chaos.

Likes

I work with Pact in Sadhedari Bikaas Project about 5 years 3 month as finance manager in country office, during working tenure I have demonstrated very good performance. Otherwise the culture of Pact is very good and commendable.

Dislikes

Other organization are considering their previous staff for further opportunities but it is lacking in Pact.

Likes

The pact is a very good INGO working in a number of development project and programs, their endeavor supported losts of vullnerable and marginalized parts of community in the country. PACT allowed every emply to express its knowledg and skill in whats so every way they wanted(no body is bounded by rulls you can go beyound the rull not less)

Dislikes

-they don't have a diversified funding source, job security is a problem
