Environment was good, Teammates were supportive.

Company policy were not implemented. They don't have any training department, no one observed your performance. You can't grow there easily.

Job was good there. Pacific have good cliental. Life was busy And overall experience was good.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
