I have started my career with PIL & i feel i have done vry big mistake choosing up this company there is lot of politics inside the team, coming to job security its very terrible i faced it on my own, work environment is not friendly at all I would rate overal 1/10 for the company.

There is no appraisal for the person who works perfectly vice versa its like if we go favor to our boss in hiding up their mistakes which they do then you can expect your appraisal, promotion & long journey in that company. There is no good rapo inside the team, there is no proper rules set & its like if they don't like u they will terminate you blindly saying ur rapo is not proper with the company with out hearing what the employee is facing there. I can blodly say that I haven't seen such a worst corporate in my life. There is no security for womens if you logg a complainant against the person they will terminate you immediately rather the person who did mistake. In future if someone wants to join PIL I would say a big no to them please just don't go with the outside environment which they created think & discuss lot's of time before u step in....Read More
