...onal lines is one of the best organisation which provides 100% job security for the employees and process the salary on time without any delay 👍 but compensation policy carried on the organisation is bit strit than others,and the work environment in the organisation is very very good but need some improvements in that softwares on tools like the accounting package overall PIL is a very good organisation for all of them.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are not upto the Mark but give salary hike every year and sometimes bonus as well.

Dislikes

Career growth is there but salary is not good and not getting any other benefits with health Insurance.

There is nothing to complaint about company and benefits.. even the work is also not pressure.. but the management is very worst.. treating the staffs like a housemaids.. very worst culture they (RFD) having.. we should not expect respect.

Dislikes

The Chennai office needs better managers since conversations with them are always difficult. Sign on and sign offs are never easy and almost always take an unexpected turn.

I have started my career with PIL & i feel i have done vry big mistake choosing up this company there is lot of politics inside the team, coming to job security its very terrible i faced it on my own, work environment is not friendly at all I would rate overal 1/10 for the company.

Dislikes

There is no appraisal for the person who works perfectly vice versa its like if we go favor to our boss in hiding up their mistakes which they do then you can expect your appraisal, promotion & long journey in that company. There is no good rapo inside the team, there is no proper rules set & its like if they don't like u they will terminate you blindly saying ur rapo is not proper with the company with out hearing what the employee is facing there. I can blodly say that I haven't seen such a worst corporate in my life. There is no security for womens if you logg a complainant against the person they will terminate you immediately rather the person who did mistake. In future if someone wants to join PIL I would say a big no to them please just don't go with the outside environment which they created think & discuss lot's of time before u step in.
