Nothing. This coaching just fired 90% staff and pays all their salary to their personal favourites. Never ever work here. The stories people hear about the terrible life of faculties at coaching centres. This is that coaching centre. They behave like thugs, blackmail you and steal your salaries.

Nothing. Pace Jalgaon is pathetic.

I was working at pace Jalgaon branch which is a franchise branch. The management was pathetic over there. I was forced to take 16 batches per week in two different centres which are located nearly 30 kms apart. I was the only faculty for biology and all the responsibilities of the department s on my head right from taking classes, making question paper, checking notes, conducting parents teachers meeting etc etc. When I asked the management to recruit one more faculty for biology they refused to do so and told me that you hardly have any work here. When I refused to work under such circumstances they started playing cheap. The management spreaded many rumours about me to the parent and to the head office of pace. The management never paid the salary on time. We were supposed to get salary by 10th of every month which was given on 20 or any random date but never on time. The management used to give us cheques and also they never paid any taxes on our behalf. When I left the job the head over there told everyone that I eloped with someone. ( I got to know about this thing from one of my relatives who live in Jalgaon) I will not suggest anyone to join pace Jalgaon....Read More

In Nagpur, Pace IIT center was previously a failure and was closed, this is new franchise and I can see it will also not survive, reasons: Incompetent faculty team, specially when academic head is a person who has experience of only ix and X foundation batches. Pace brand name but the basic requirements of iitian faculties missing, for budgeting reasons.

Dislikes

Nagpur center has incompetent academic team, management is struggling because of low admissions and are busy in generating revenue elsewhere leaving the system vulnerable and leading to the fate of previous failed Pace IIT center which was closed in Nagpur.
