The Boss - He's unethical, doesn't have humanity in him. Treats employees like servants. No fixed hours. You can do many great things for the company but still you won't get the monetary value you deserve. Takes even the minutest decisions by himself. Takes things for granted. No respect to his employees. Abuses them regularly. Thinks he has bought servants on monthly wage. Many great and key employees have left the company because of the mistreatment by him and many are searching jobs because of him. Takes wrong decisions all by himself. Doesn't know how to trade. Doesn't follow the rules of trading and is obsessed with particular scrips even if it makes losses and shows anger on the employees when it doesn't favor him. HR - The Greatest Liar ever seen. Lies in his every breath. Will tell you many things and then will not acknowledge what he said. If going for the interview make sure to audio record everything and even as an employee record whatever he says to you. Tries to recruitment employees at very lower amount than Budget. Will give a small raise like lolipop and expects you to be happy with it. Doesn't acknowledge the blood and sweat of the employees.
