Salary doesn't come on time, it can go upto 2 months. No work life balance, you might have to work till 10Am- 5am continuously. Strong backbiting habits. No Hierarchy, everyone is boss. You are always reminded about your salary in front of everyone, if your salary is decent. i have seen people getting terminated, just because they were not in the good books. Strong favoritism and biased opinions, no matter what is the root cause. Might have to work on holidays also, i have been personally asked to start a campaign when i was in the middle of my date night. NO proper rules and regulations, everything depends on the good books. I have seen more than 6-7 people quitting their job in just 8 months of my work tenure. Eventually i quitted too. Everyone was extremely underpaid, for me it was satisfactory.
