Easy access to Directors, working hours, sound financials, New initiatives can be taken, Politeness of Senior Management, Good volume of High end projects, Timely Salary, Bonus, My Own Time concept, Freedom to put your ideas in place n if suitable, Management can invest in Crores upon your idea. Unclear path to achieve Goal / Targets. Sometimes indecisiveness brings recession at work. Change Management is not streamlined. Many times, the decisions given under change management are not cost effective. Company runs departments through People and not thru standardised process. Business needs to be more process oriented. Exposure of employees holding senior positions is not at par with the PS Group business needs nor at par with industry standards....Read More
