The biggest Thumbs-up for civil &structure department is their new HOD(Bharat Sir). a.During my tenure in P-mech,This newly promoted HOD is used guide the team members by trouble shooting the technical issues & supports the team alot in pressure handling situations. b.This new HOD is used to focus on technical improvement of new engineers by conducting technical training sessions.I hope now the CS team was built nice & the team members may get good support from this new HOD(Bharat sir),I understand that the good time is started for CS team in P-mech. c.The CS team members are to be feel proud to get the oppertunity to work with this new HOD(Bharat sir from L&T).Especially this new HOD is used to motivate & encourage the youngstar engineers during my tenure in p-mech....Read More

Disgusting management who will exploit employees from day one. Impossible deadlines and hell of work pressure.They will expect 2-3 project from one person. 3 years of Bond which is fake just to con freshers. Long working hours No compensation for extra hours Appraisal for namesake that too after one - two years Rules differ from person to person Complete Dictatorship of owner and daughter. Very poor work life balance. The official working hours are 9.5 hours every day which is quite high. Even then employees are expected to put in 2-3 extra hours on most days. There is no compensation for overtime. Career growth and learning is limited only for freshers. For people with 3 or more years of experience there is no challenging work. There is no proper appraisal cycle. Appraisals are always delayed by at least 2-3 months. Compared to the amount of work done compensation is very average. Work is very hectic and there is always excessive pressure to meet impossible deadlines. I am always dealing with multiple projects, clients etc. at the same time and this results in poor concentration in the job at hand.

Employees are amazing in nature in spite of harassment from Management.

Owner Based organization, No work-life balance, Employees are forced to work extra and no compensation is awarded. Management of the company is too poor. Company executes small scale projects only. No extra facility, no bus service, no cafeteria, Annual games are also not there. Job is not secure as this is an owner based company. He can fire you any time he wants.
