Although Company has many good points, there are areas where they can do better. As the company grows, it's normal to make mistakes, but acknowledging them can lead to positive changes. Despite this, I've really enjoyed my time here and believe in its potential for improvement.

There are some very good teammates who will support you in getting your work done.

Dislikes

Very poor work life balance. The official working hours are 9.5 hours every day which is quite high. Even then employees are expected to put in 2-3 extra hours on most days. There is no compensation for overtime. Career growth and learning is limited only for freshers. For people wit h 3 or more years of experience there is no challenging work. There is no proper appraisal cycle. Appraisals are always delayed by at least 2-3 months. Compared to the amount of work done compensation is very average. Work is very hectic and there is always excessive pressure to meet impossible deadlines. I am always dealing with multiple projects, clients etc. at the same time and this results in poor concentration in the job at hand.
