Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? P.S. Atree person are very good,but in this company manager Neelam is not a good person. Neelam, I was very bad experience in my life. She was treated as a labour, not like a staff. She was very bad lady.

No freedom working culture. Staff are always scared. If any mistakes manager continues shouting.
