Honestly there is nothing much to be liked they just have a BRAND NAME

Office politics is horrible to another level. It is difficult for newbies to adjust. Jealous Colleague delete your drawings, Team leaders are not aware of using the basic software, Un-growing Seniors literally talk irrelevant shit about you. No Discipline at work. 3D Head keeps on yelling at top of his lungs in the office. Cheerfuland lively behaviour is not tolerated at this work place. It is sad and depressing all the time. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
