It is a good learning opportunity. Get to work on good projects in the firm based on its reputation in the industry.

Dislikes

Depending on which associate you work under the experience will vary. Some associates really exploit the staff working with them. Support staff and HR is not of any real help, except IT. salaries are never timely given. Treatment of bosses starting from top is terrible and same work culture cascades throughout the firm. No benefits like annual bonus or annual/timely increments, no appreciation. You cannot expect any help with grievances....Read More
