Mental harassment, no respect for hierarchy, Ineffective work culture, laziness, nothing on the track. It would be better to avoid this. More you can learn and grow elsewhere. They have a Use-and-throw attitude, uninformed decisions, and abuse of power. You are supposed to deliver selflessly to selfish people. Excessively exercise silent layoff. They promote gossip culture in the name of teamwork. This is not policy-driven co. Even if you can't complain to HR about any issue they don't care. If you work hard you will be treated as a fool even by the management. Join the lazy people group otherwise their cartel will attack you and throw you out. put extra burden or try to manipulate new employees never give clear JD to harass after joining.
