JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles And Responsibilities

1. Regulatory document Management
2. Regulatory communications management
3. Compliance management towards all the sites (NPPA, FSSAI, CDSCO, WHO, CPCB,FDA)
4. FSSAI FSMS Compliance
5. Legal Metrology compliance
6. Apply or renew regulatory license as per compliance
7. GS 1 Data kart management
8. Completion of all trackers of regulatory documents including CFA
9. Data compilation and successfuly submission for Registration
10. Third party data management and prepare the draft
11. Trademarks verification on artwork
12. CSD/CPC Compliance and documentation (New Product Introduction/Notification).
13. Site-wise Tracker of regulatory documentations
14. Label write ups and review ensuring legal requirements
15. Vigilance of legal metrology compliance on e-com sites
16. Implementation of Regulatory compliance
17. Calendar updating for follow-ups & escalation OF Regulatory License and registrations
