Not a good company for long term. Management behavior and attitude is very bad. No job security here. Attrition rate is almost 50%. Z Forget about work life balance as leave are considered as Curse here. Companynis full of Biased and Buttery people.

You will be Gaslight by your seniors if you not able to accomplish your targets no one is interested to listen your geniune issue inflration is so high furthermore there is no policy of discount you get enough if your distributor has heavy purse ,introducing products one after one but in order to trained the employees there is no adequate trainees and who are they are not capable at all .
