Company is not professional company. It's purely lala type but shows themselves professionals. There are rules and regulations but only for employees not for owner. They can fire anybody any time without payment of dues and layering harassing. MD don't have sense to talk with management. He talks purely rude or say Lala type or say old wine in new bottle.

Dislikes

Unprofessional way of working. There are no rules and regulations. Even managers does not know tomorrow I will join Office or not. Culture is very bad.

Mr . Jagdish and Mr Dinesh (Hr) both are very bad persons it’s increases politics in plant . And both are 0 knowledge. And no sense of how to take interview. Mr Jagdish is very bad person , He is zero knowledge of production department and non technical person .

You will be Gaslight by your seniors if you not able to accomplish your targets no one is interested to listen your geniune issue inflration is so high furthermore there is no policy of discount you get enough if your distributor has heavy purse ,introducing products one after one but in order to trained the employees there is no adequate trainees and who are they are not capable at all .
