colleagues are very good but still they will not gonna help you to solve your problems. Even they are also facing the same thing. At OYO as a freelance photographer you will not receive your payment on time. For freshers it's okay but will not recommend to any professional photographer.

People are here are not going to solve your problems also as a freelance photographer you will not gonna get you payment on time. OK for freshers but not for professional photographer ( they don't deserve it)

Those who all are booking the rooms on walking they are hiding that much of customer to get money personally Business head santhosh cheating company & Clients He have seperate team to cheat and add more in room bookings to hide company side and clients side he doing some business in the name of oyo

If you listen to management then ok or else you will get fired. Of your earning 50k per month need to spend 40k to create booking or to do property reachgr. Here only one way to save the jon for name only. To spend money n save your job.

Work life balance was good previously, but some managers do not give you work life balance they want you to work 24 hrs and 7 days a week without taking any leave.
